STRAWBERRY SHAKE

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries (hulled and sliced)
  • 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream (or more, depending on how creamy you like it)
  • 1/2 cup milk (you can use dairy or plant-based milk)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sugar (optional, depending on sweetness preference)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional, for extra flavor)

Instructions:

  1. Blend the ingredients: Add the strawberries, ice cream, milk, and any sweetener or vanilla extract into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth: Blend everything together until the shake reaches your desired consistency. You can add more milk if it’s too thick, or more ice cream for extra creaminess.
  3. Taste and adjust: Taste the shake and, if needed, add more sweetener to your liking.
  4. Serve: Pour into a glass, top with extra strawberries or whipped cream if you like, and enjoy!
